Summary: Practical and easy to apply
Comment: Very worth the purchase. It's got lots of great stuff that's easy to apply. I've applied lots of the book's stuff and they work! I don't like how it was written, but I can't deny it was good stuff. It was written like a story and it was about a hamster...weird. The way it was written has made it a little hard to recommend to just anyone; keep an open mind and keep reading it even if you feel it's starting to feel like a children book.
